Brownies, alla Melissa (alla Nona)


What can I say? I made 'em, and they're marvellous...


Them brownies are Real Good.

Love the crimped edges. Olive oil in brownies is intriguing...

I can report that the crimped edges, which are indeed very pleasing, are a consequence of using a square pan with a removable base that the cook recently picked up in Paris. Perhaps Ms Reified would care to elaborate on the provenence of said pan?
