Brambles for a baby

I bought these tiny blackberries at the Kollwitzplatz market yesterday, and S has been devouring them: just the size for petite baby fingers.

They do look delicious! I hear they are one of the few things that would grow in the sandy soil here, maybe I should plant some and send some to you next year! Imagining S' little fingers!

Oh, I would grow them in a thrice if I had the space and the chance. I can only imagine how strong their perfume must be when freshly picked.
