Zucchini blossoms at the market

A wonderful stand has (re)appeared at the Kollwitzplatz market on Thursdays, selling these gorgeous zucchini blossoms (10 for a euro) and tiny potatoes the size of marbles too. Look out for them tomorrow!

oh what a shame, i'm only spotting this today! may pay kollwitz platz a visit on saturday (if i can face the crowds...) and watch out for these. do you make a stuffing with cream cheese and herbs for them?

Kristina, thank you for the comment. I just dipped them in beaten egg and fried them in a bit of butter (the stallholder's recipe) but your stuffing is one to try. Gabriele, thank you for the link!
