These little snatches of time are so precious. Every morning I'm awakened by the birds singing before my alarm has even rung. Oh and the cherry trees by Bornholmer Staße are coming into blossom so I have to make a trip over there soon.

Emily, me too! It feels so idyllic, in a way I've never known another big city to be.
Jonquil, I'm eager to visit a nearby park said to be something of a bird refuge. I want to go at dawn with a thermos of sweet tea and some jam sandwiches.
