What is Indian semolina? I haven't been to the Volkspark yet, but I have wanted to go since I read your post on elderflower gathering.

Hannah, it's more accurately called upma: semolina tossed with a spicy mixture of tomatoes, onions, peas, mustard seeds, green chilis and more. Delicious!
