Dear Sylee, I have a question concerning your photos. What type of camera do you use? I am getting quite frustrated with the quality of my photos and am therefore looking for a new camera. I've already been to several stores but think it's wise to ask people whose photos I really like what they are using.

Suzy, I should do a proper post with photos of the desserts. No fried ice cream, but they had a hollowed-out orange filled with the most remarkable jelly.
Schlachtplatte, I have a Sony that I bought recently with great hopes, but to be honest, I'm not so happy with it in practice. I just saw your comment now. Have you bought something in the interim?
